TL can’t be in front! So T is at the middle 🙂 ALTAR pops up as a possibility; not thinking too much now.

Only one A in the unknown word; and it must be at the end! We have R revealed, but it can’t be at the front! _LTRA means it’s ULTRA!

Well, looking back sees guess #3 as haphazard and wasteful, since A at 4th slot is already known to be incorrect! Plus, the word can’t be ALTER with E not in; for that matter, can’t find an answer to fit the ALT__ pattern if A were at the beginning!!
So, a chance to finish this Wordle in 3 tries has been passed up! Such a waste, really 🙁
